TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read all of the following terms and conditions if you are about to buy some pixels. This is important so that everybody can be sure that we're all on the same page... :-)

• The minimum purchase is one block of 10x10 pixels, and the maximum is whatever is left.
  
  
• Purchasing pixels grants you the right to submit an image, link, title, three keywords, and a description for your website. Your image, title, and link will then be published on the City Page of your choice. In addition, your site title, description and three keyphrases will be entered into our City Search Engine database.
  
  
• Once you have submitted your image, title, keywords, and description you cannot change them. So please be sure you submit the correct ones, since they will be online for a long time. The only exceptions to this rule is if you have a strong reason such as your site no longer exists, a legal reason, etc. Please use the contact page to let us know if this is the case. We reserve the right to make changes as we see fit. Please note that if your site gets published, you cannot get a refund.
  
  
• Although our intention is to keep your pixels permanently displayed on our site for at least five years, we cannot guarantee that your pixels will be displayed on our site nor that our site will be online for any specific amount of time.
  
  
• Since this is a business and family-friendly site, no obscene, adult-related, or offensive material will be accepted. This includes images, titles, descriptions, or links to such sites. If you submit anything that is rejected, you will be given a chance to re-submit an alternative, or to get a full refund. Please note that if your site is accepted and published, and later if you change your site content, your site is determined to be in violation of these rules, you will have the option to supply an alternative, or have your site removed. If it is removed, you will not receive any kind of refund, and your pixels will again become available for sale.
  
  
• Images should be the exact size as the block of pixels you have bought. If not, your pixels will be automatically scaled to the size you purchased. Having your image scaled is not recommended since it can sometimes cause distortions and make your image look bad. Images can be in GIF, JPG, or PNG formats and must NOT be animated.
  
  
• Titles should be maximum of 60 characters long, and contain NO double quote characters.
  
  
• Keywords can be single words or phrases up to 5 words in length. These will be used to find your site in our City Search Engine result pages. No obscene, adult-related, or offensive keywords or keyphrases will be accepted.
  
  
• Descriptions will only be displayed in our City Search Engine result pages, and must be a maximum of 255 characters in length. No obscene, adult-related, or offensive text will be accepted.
  
  
• Links must begin with http:// and be a maximum of 255 characters in length. Your link must go to a valid web page somewhere on your site, but it doesn't necessarily have to go to your home page.
  
  
• You must have the legal copyright to display the image, title, link, and description for the website you submit.
  
  
• Payments must be received and clear before your site will go live.
  
  
• There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance, however, we will try to keep that to a minimum.
  
  
• Once we have received your funds and information, we will try to get your site live within 24 hours. However, please have patience with us if things really get going and lots of people order at the same time.
